Payment is due at the time of the service. Please note we are a fee for service clinic. If you have out of network benefits, we will provide you with a superbill to submit to insurance yourself. Reimbursement amount is dependent on your insurance carrier.

Please read our cancellation policy thoroughly as we require 24 hours notice to be respectful to other patients who may benefit from the appointment time.
